QJ-T起重機(jī)減速機(jī)主要用于起重機(jī)的起升、運(yùn)行、回轉(zhuǎn)和變幅四大機(jī)構(gòu)中。起重機(jī)減速機(jī)因?yàn)槭情g歇式、周期重復(fù)工作。減速器發(fā)熱相對連續(xù)型工作的要好些,但是經(jīng)常起制動慣性載荷較大。因此輪齒的彎曲強(qiáng)度的安全系數(shù)較高,特別是用于起升和變幅機(jī)構(gòu)。

QJ-T起重機(jī)減速機(jī)標(biāo)記示例:
起重機(jī)立式套裝減速機(jī)名義中心距為200mm,公稱傳動比i=40,第Ⅲ種裝配型式,標(biāo)記為:

QJ-T起重機(jī)減速機(jī)工作條件
QJ-T型減速機(jī)的工作條件與QJ型減速機(jī)相同。
2型式
1) 結(jié)構(gòu)型式 QJ-T型減速機(jī)為三級套裝式減速機(jī),箱體分為三部分,剖分面成“┴”形。作立式減速機(jī)使用。QJ-T280以上規(guī)格減速機(jī),加裝強(qiáng)迫潤滑系統(tǒng)。
2) 裝配型式 QJ-T型減速機(jī)的裝配型式有四種,見下圖。
3) 安裝型式 QJ-T型減速機(jī)的輸出端采用空心式錐套,它套裝在被動軸上減速機(jī)的重量也支承在該軸上。為防止其轉(zhuǎn)動和承受轉(zhuǎn)矩在箱體的上部設(shè)有安裝銷軸孔,通過銷軸固定在支架上。
